Is the pay for working at Chili's as a server really $19-$22 an hour? Should I show up to the interview?

I’ve been called for a job interview for Chili’s as a server. Though, I’m a bit skeptical about their job listing saying the pay is $19-$22 an hr (including tips). Is that really the pay for working as a server at the restaurant? I also have friends who worked at my local Chili’s telling me that I would not like working here and it’s dirty and the service sucks. Should I show up for the interview?
