Is package handling a good jobs for a 16 year old?

Ive been applying to a few jobs, not being too picky cause im only 16 assuming nobody wants a 16 year old worker.

But ive came across a few package handling jobs but Most required me to be 17 or 18. I found one that lets 16 work but im hesistant to apply cause i have no clue what its like.

will i be constantly moving 50+ pounds, or will it be easy for a 16 year old, (im kinda scrawny ngl)

so should i apply or nah?
