Does school reputation really matter when it comes to job searching/offer?

I recently got admitted to USC’s engineering grad school. No scholarships though. However, I also got into SUNY Binghamton (Binghamton University) and they are offering me full ride plus paid graduate assistant position. Money doesn’t really matter to me but I’m more concerned about if school name is important when you’re looking for a job after graduation. Plus, if I go to Binghamton I get to have 2 years of work experience as a graduate assistance under reputable company. Any advice will be appreciated, thanks.
