Struggling to even find jobs to apply for- am I being too picky?

I made a post here about a month ago asking if I should look for a new job, for a number of reasons I won't get into. I'm still employed, but things have gone downhill at my workplace consistently since then, which makes me thankful that I started job hunting when I did.

My issue now seems to be that I'm struggling to find job ads for administration/customer service that don't scream 'red flags' all the way through. Whenever I see 'superstar', 'multi-tasker' or 'fast-paced' in a job listing, for example, I immediately close the tab. I legitimately saw an ad that listed 'circus juggling or tap dancing experience highly regarded'... for a cashier role. Instant no from me, even if the employers were joking (I don't know if they were).

My question, I suppose: should I be more open with job listings? I feel like I can spot a toxic workplace pretty quickly, but part of me thinks I might be turning down opportunities just because I don't like the wording in the job ad. I've applied for maybe 3 jobs in a month and that makes me worried that I'm doing something wrong.
