TLDR: coworker is treating me like shit cause I told my cousin she was trying to set him up. So she got angry and left all her work for me to do. So I told the manager and now the bitch is trying to gaslight me.
So, I work in a cafe and there is this girl who works with me 1-2 days a week, she was nice at the beginning and friendly. Then, she tried to gather information from me about my cousin (who works there also, same franchise but another establishment). She was trying to fish if he smokes pot while at the job, to tell the manager and get him fucked up, then I told her no and she was like “oh ok so don’t tell him nothing ok i know it’ll only make things worst”, like hello bitch he’s my fucking cousin of course I’ll tell him. I know she was going to snitch because she told him im gay, told him I like to sing while alone in the kitchen and the city that my boyfriends lives in.
On saturday, my cousin came to the cafe to help and she was like a snake, when she saw him she tried to hug him and “i missed you so much” and he was like “please don’t touch me”. Then she figured out I told him and started to get really mad at me.
First she was always with a bitchy face, then on sunday shit hit the fan. I was working at this csfe and one next to it, 2 shifts, and was really hungry. I came back to the OG cafe and she said “you have 10 minutes to make your dinner and eat, I have an appointment with my girlfriend and I sure will get to it, so please don’t get in my way”. Then I went into the kitchen but it was really dirty, so I started to make room for myself to cook. She stormed in and saw me cleaning and started screaming “your food aint getting ready by itself”, then she grabbed a burger and threw at me.
She spent the rest of this day smoking with clients/friends, while I was doing everything. Then, I cleaned the kitchen by myself, all the tables, and the floor. It was left the counter and the coffee machine for her. She got up 15m from closing, went to the cashier, did her job (she clearly robs them, she doesn’t let me near it and I saw her changing the number of beers from her friends table) and then it was my time to sit. She then saw me and started “don’t you have anything else to clean?” And I said that I did my part, and even more. And she said “then don’t do it, we’ll go home at midnight”. Then, I did it.
I told my boss all of this and now she is pissed at me, she went there today and called for me, my coworker said I was cleaning the kitchen and she said “oh its a miracle”.
The fucking bitch is trying to gaslight me and make me look bad, cause I never saw her cleaning ONE dish, I wash all of ‘em by hand. Tomorrow we work together, and I’m nervous. What should I do? Should I ignore her? Tell her “im not doing your job, and we don’t need to talk anything aside job stuff”. She is really mean and talks to me like I’m shit because I’m an immigrant lol
