Hi all,
I had a final round interview with Company A today. Long story short I am 90-95% confident I will get a job offer from them by this Wednesday. I am also interviewing with Company B and Company C. I have final round interviews with both of them next week.
All 3 of these jobs are interrelated/same field, and I honestly am just on fire in all my interviews. I know this is all hypothetical but no lie I am really crushing it.
All of them are jobs I would accept and all in the same salary range. I would love to use these competing jobs as leverage in salary negotiation.
1) Any general thoughts on how I should manage this? I feel if I accept Company A on Wednesday, I can't really go back to them next week and say "Company B is offering 5k more, can you match that?" bc I already accepted the job this week (hypothetically)
2) Is it appropriate if I get a job offer from Company A Wednesday to say "I am in final round interviews with 2 other companies that are in this range, I feel I am worth 5-10k more, etc?
