I feel TOTALLY lost. 27, in my first career, and I hate it. What options do I have?

Graduated college right before I turned 26, right before the pandemic hit. Worked a job I loved but made literally nothing at for a year, finally landed a career with human services, was super excited. Didn’t end up being quite what I had in my head, my office is really small and the people who work there suck, they talk about everyone behind their backs... which I could handle, if I liked the job. I’ve been there 5 months and I don’t think it’s going to be my long term career I had in my head.

What do I do? I live in a small rural area. My bachelors is in psychology. Thought about getting a masters. Thought about becoming a teacher. What other jobs could I do in a small town? I’m even willing to drive 45 mins away. I can’t imagine working a job that I don’t like making 30k for the rest of my life. Please help
