What type of scenario could this be describing for a job application?

Hey!

I'm doing an application to be a Trainee Probation Officer and it has 5 questions that you have to answer with the STAR method.

One of them has had me stumped for days!

"Describe a time when it was particularly important that your work was of high quality."

I just can't for the life me think of something that's not under the guise of work in education that would show any type of skills for this question. I'm feeling like the answer I want to put, about all "work needing to be high quality" isn't quite what they're looking for and a bit of a cop out.

Does anyone have any idea of some potential way for me to readjust how I'm thinking about this question?
