Wanting to get into I.T no qualifications (self taught) Stuck in retail for 7 years.

Hello, I'm 24 years old.

I've been working in retail for the past 7 years. From store assistant to supervisor. Food industry (Costa Coffee) and basic retail stores.

I've always loved working with technology. Computers especially. I have pretty decent knowledge of troubleshooting, the setup of stystems and all other types of stuff.

I'm really struggling with putting a job title on it.

I search for I.T jobs on indeed but unfortunately just get very confusing job titles that sound very intimidating.

It's time for a career i enjoy as i am extremely down and depressed working my strange rota with random 1-2 days off here and there.

I have a huge heart for the computing industry, i just need help or pointing in the right direction.
