Second Round of Interviews

How do I stand out in a second interview? I was asked some deep questions and I talked about myself and I moved to the next round. So, what’s different in this round? What else can I say to stand out or so I’m not repeating things I’ve already said? Also, my questions were answered in round one, so what kind of questions can I ask in the second?
