Not mentioning school/"overqualifications"?

I just finished my first year of law school and am currently looking to get a summer job that is not overly stressful or intellectually demanding and somewhat social, so I am applying as a server/busboy/host.

Is it best to leave out my high-level manager experience (I was a regional manager prior to law school) due to it making me look "overqualified"? I have some lower-level experience at a luxury goods store (after I moved to my current country), where I was working as a keyholder/jr manager that I can include instead.

I am also thinking of leaving out the fact that I am in law school as that would make it obvious to the employer that I won't stick around too long and am not interesting in opportunities to move up within the service industry.

I know this seems a bit immoral, but tbh I plan to take this low-level job seriously and my summer break is quite long (almost 5 months), which I think is better than the average turn over rate for that type of position anyway.
