Just got my first job! Is $15.20 considered good for recent graduate with two bachelors degrees?

Hello! I just graduated with a psychology and human biology degree. These past few weeks I have been applying to many research jobs, scored interviews, and landed on a couple offers. However, my real passion is neuroscience and I landed a great research neuro role at a lab at a very great and reputable institution. I just signed their offer and was told my pay would be $15.20 an hour with benefits. Is this considered a good step after graduating and is the pay considered too low?
