Job Application asks if I have experience working in the entertainment industry, does concessions at a movie theater count?

Applying for a corporate job at a media company. I worked as a concessions/box office/projection employee for 10 years but don't put it on my resume because it was 7 years ago and usually not relevant to jobs I apply for. It also makes my resume over a page long so I typically leave it out. Could I just select "yes" and add it to the application even though it's not on my actual resume?
