So I interviewed for a position at a big company and I was waiting for a reply from them. A month had gone by and I just followed up with them to ask about my status. Turns out that they (the third party recruiting agency, to be more precise) actually made the offer to me and called me a few times to discuss it, but I never picked up the phone because I kept thinking it was spam. Are my chances of getting the job now screwed?
