Unemployed but looking to emigrate.

I'm unemployed currently struggling to pay bills and such but I feel deeply that if I am to get anywhere I might have to move country just looking for advice or wondering is it looking good in these times?. I also do not drive as I can't afford too everyday I lose hope where I am anything helps.
