So what is going to happen to certain job industries when employers refuse to train in long run?

I am currently looking for a second job to pay off some minor debt quicker and to eventually fund hobbies. I've seen jobs that won't budge on hiring someone with no experience in a simple job field because they don't want to train. Like landscaping, pool cleaner, front desk attendant, etc.

One would think those are pretty simple jobs to learn as you go...on the job. But these employers act like there's schools out there for such roles to give you the skills as requisite to work in these jobs.

Do these job industries just eventually disappear in the long run because employers refuse to train?
