Professional connections

I have this contact from my dream company and I met her two years ago during an info session. I have her email as well as her connection on LinkedIn. She currently doesn’t work in the exact field I’m aspiring but it’s similar.

I want to reach out to her maybe to have her as a mentor or build a stronger professional relationship but I have no idea what to say. I don’t necessarily want her to give me a job but I’d love advice and guidance from her. We exchanged a few emails when we first met but that’s it.
