Job Hunting Advice

I am an international student from the place you have never heard before(Kazakhstan). So I am finishing my last semester and will soon graduate. I have zero experience and a complete noob and I am allowed to work only 20 hours per week. I need to work to cover my rent and I have applied to dozens of places with no luck. I want to work simple work like McDonalds, Tim Hortons or just being cleaner, bar tender , dishwasher something in those areas. I would appreciate any advice.
