Job hasn’t paid my full wage in 3 weeks

I recently got hired at a new job and when I started they were good with paying me on time at a biweekly schedule.

Recently however, I worked the entire month of March and have only received 5 days worth of payment. They claim it’s because “their bookkeeping person is not in” so they’re unable to calculate W2 checks with the taxes deducted from the check.

The first two paychecks I got from them was when their bookkeeper “was in” and they gave them a phone call so that they could do the math and calculate the taxes.

I am supposed to finally pick up my payment for the days that I worked tomorrow but I’d like to know your thoughts about this situation
