Job application asks: "Have you ever been dismissed or forced to resign from any employment?"

I was just given a job offer and have to complete an application.

I was fired from a previous job because I was thrown under the bus regarding a couple of job postings on job boards. The first time I was never even asked to post the job and the second was told not to worry about. And then promptly blamed for them not being posted.

The company I worked for only provides dates of employment, position held and rehire eligibility.

Should even bother disclosing this?
