How do you discuss salary requirements if you are offered the job after the interview?

There's a company I'd really like to work at that is known to hire employees on the spot after the interview is finished at the end. While great, it goes against the Golden rule Ive always heard: never discuss salary at an interview.

So! What do you do if after the interview, the hiring manager offers you a job right there? Do you ask them to make you an offer, or tell them your requirements?
