Helping my Immigrant Mom

How do I (22 m, fluent in English/Spanish) get my mom a job? She was born in El Salvador and is now a US citizen. She can only speak little English. She’s in her 40s and lives in the DMV, Maryland to be exact. I want to get her a job anywhere (fast food place, custodial, retail, anything), how should I go about doing this? She’s technology illiterate and idk how to land her a job.
