Help Negotiating Job Offer

I previously did 2 rounds of interviews with an AM200 law firm (200 highest grossing law firms in the U.S.). They contacted me today that they would like to discuss an offer of employment with me tomorrow. I do have another offer but it isn't that great so I dont think it will provide me much leverage during negotiations. Currently, I know they offer vision, dental, healthcare and 401K (6% match). On glassdoor it says the average salary of an associate attorney is 79K - 140K. My friend who works at a smaller law firm but in the same field was offered 90K. Any advice regarding negotiating an employment offer or important questions I should ask would be greatly appreciated.
