Exit Interview - Why are you leaving the company?

I'm having my first exit interview tomorrow and I'm pretty sure they're going to ask why I'm leaving the company. Honestly, I'm leaving because the pay sucks and we are overworked but how can I answer this question as nice as possible?

I was thinking of just saying "while I enjoy working here, I'm ready to take on a new career path" how does this sound?
