Anyone have advice for how to apply for a field that you have no experience, skills or connections in? Details inside.

I'm a truck driver but I'm trying to get out of the industry cause the manual labor is killing me (back/knee issues). I'm looking to get into a customer support / IT support role while working from home until all this Covid stuff is done, but I have no clue how I would even begin to apply for a job like this. I personally know that I can do it, as I do possess the technical knowledge to be a support/IT tech, but how do I let them know that? I have nothing to show. My field also has no relatable skills, my entire life has been driving from A to B and delivering/picking up a trailer with minimal communication.
