Will looking younger than I am make it harder for me to get a job?

Hi all, I am 15 and will be turning 16 soon. Since I will be able to drive when I’m 16, I want to get a job so I can have a little cash and so I have more work experience. This might sound stupid but I think that having the appearance of looking younger than I actually am will make it more difficult for me to get hired. I am obviously looking for a job that doesn’t pay much because I can’t get a decent paying job at 16 but I still think looking young would even affect me being able to get hired at somewhere like Walmart or a fast food place. I look 13-14ish even though I’m 16, and I’m worried that looking young will me look more inexperienced, and resulting in me have a worse chance of getting hired.
