Should I call her back?

About 4 years ago I student taught at a school. I really liked the school and went on to finish the school year with her but there wasn’t an opening available so I left after the school year.

I was looking on Craigslist and saw the school is hiring. I apply and I noticed the owner called but didn’t leave a message. By the time I called back the school was closed.

Should I call her back tomorrow?
