Summer 2021 Accounting internship

hi guys, as the title suggests, i have to find an internship for summer and it’s required for me to pass my program so i just wanted to ask some questions.

1. i’ve to get a job before May, i applied to jobs in jan. till now there’s not even a single response nor an interview.

so how long does it take for a company to get back to you? (although i’m aware some companies don’t even send an email to let you know they’ve moved on). it’s been more than a month, does it mean my application would’ve been rejected?

1. big 4 hiring has been closed right? i’ve found one posting from deloitte on Indeed, but on the deloitte official website, it says the summer position has been closed, so i just wanted to know from you all who’s working in big 4, is it too late already to apply?

i don’t really need an exact answer, just an approximate in order to get some ideas. plus this pandemic has made job hunting more challenging, i hope i do land one!
