Should I quit my job?

It's a good job and the work environment is pretty good. Everybody is nice. I'm a housekeeper. The lady who did my training(day one) was considerate and nice. A bit rough around the edges, but she was good. The guy who interviewed me said he was gonna give me a chance. I had next to no credentials. But it's 30 minutes away from home and my mother drives me. I don't want to place that burden on her. I also have another job interview at a place 10 minutes away.

If I get that job, should I quit?

And how can I break it to them? Also, they pay the same.
