So I got put on a PiP for “performance issues” by my manager last month and this Friday I was fired. I chalk it up to me not being a good fit for the organization and the team. I worked there for 6 month and it was my first job out of college and am also in online graduate school. Really what I am now worried about now is how to put this to future employers. Do I leave out the 6 months employment? That puts a gap of around 8 months on my resume after graduation but I did start my Masters to that can probably fill in the gap? Other way would be to mention the employment and state that I got let go, am just worried about the background check. Can someone with more experience please guide me?
