This feels like a dumb question. I interviewed earlier this week after 10+ years of not needing to look for a job. I don't think they liked me too much, which I'm fine with, but I'd obviously still like to be considered for the job if it went better than I think. I interviewed with 3 people. Didn't have any of their email addresses because the interview was just organized by the company's recruiter. I guessed on the addresses and sent a thank you note for the interview. One of the interviewers responded and just said thanks for the thanks, I enjoyed meeting you, and as a reminder, this is our process we hope to have a decision in the near future. Is it appropriate for me to respond to the interviewer? This person would be my future boss. I'd just say something along the lines of appreciate the response and please let me know if you need anything further from me.
On a personal level, this is normally something I would send, I just don't know the appropriate etiquette when job searching and emailing interviewers and whatnot. Thanks!
