I want to quit my job

Hello guys,
so I'm currently working and studying to get my engineering degree in software development. the company is paying for all my tuition fees and also giving me a salary, and my position there has nothing to do with what I'm studying. the problem is that this job is preventing me from getting good degrees or even auto-learning, I'm getting even more depressed every day and it's affecting me mentally a lot, and I have to repay them for all the expenses, I feel so trapped and like the more I stay there the harder it is for me to get out. I really hate it and want to quit but I'm afraid that I won't find another job with the covid now happening.

I feel so bad about this and I am so indecisive, I hope to get more advice from everyone.
