I interviewed for another department at my current company and they recently moved me to the second round but it's not quite what I expected..

I interviewed for another department at my current company and they recently moved me to the second round of "interviews" but it's not quite what I expected.

This is for a designer position. They said to prove my art skill they wanted me to design:

• A full event style guide
• Four specialized vector icons
• 30 second edited video teaser reel
• (2) 11"x17" event fliers
• Email campaign mockup

While I understand an art test might be in order, I have a full portfolio of work showing the work and skill level that I bring to the table. The thing that really bothers me about this is that since I already work for the company, when do they expect me to do this? In my time working in my other department? In my free time unpaid? I currently don't even know what this role pays, not to mention this design work is for an upcoming event that they're hosting at my company.

I'm a little confused but it almost seems like they're trying to get free work out of me and all the other applicants. Thoughts?
