I have an interview for a job I really want that is in-office but... they don’t wear masks

So I have an interview for a job I really really want. Pay is good, everything. Small team.

I’m working for the first couple days to see if it’s a good fit, but I found out that they don’t wear masks.

It involves a lot of going out with them and working in a close vicinity so I’m really not sure what to do. I don’t wanna be the new guy who starts asking them to wear masks when I’m not even technically hired yet.

But at the same time am I risking my life? How actually necessary is it to wear one? I normally always wear one but if I’m wearing one and they’re not- does that defeat the purpose?

They’re also pretty Christian which I think is why they don’t wear it- not sure.

TL;DR I get along with them really well from the first couple phone calls but none of them wear masks and I’m nervous about moving forward but I need this job
