Delay in Hiring Process?

Hi everyone, I’ve been interviewing for a dream job and my last interview went very well. I was told I will know something the following week and have been waiting patiently. Two days ago I received an email to complete the Predictive Index assessment and have it completed by yesterday. I completed it very soon after the interview. Today I receive a thank you email for completing the assessment and that the company has “hit a delay in their process.” They thanked me for my patience and said they will have an update for me early next week. Is this a bad sign or a good sign? What could be the possible reason for a delay?
