Online job applications give me terrible anxiety

I am usually a very calm person. I can handle a job interview. I'm not that extroverted but talking to people has never been an issue. Online job applications give me terrible anxiety and make me incredibly stressed. I recently filled in an application for a job and the last step was uploading a video of myself talking for 1-2 minutes about why I want to work there. This hit me really hard because I wasn't expecting it. Talking about this face to face wouldn't be a big deal, writing it down would be still manageable, but recording and editing a video is beyond me. I like to plan things out but I am good at improvising too, yet this thing seems to be an exception. This tactic served me good in school too and I had the same issues back then. I had no issue giving a presentation about black holes or filling out a biology test, but when something got really subjective my brain blocked me out. I have no photos of myself from the first 17 years of my life. I hate looking at my own face. This might be my problem only but I still don't know how to fix this or how to make it better. Anyone experienced this or been in a similar situation? Thanks for reading all this.
