I have an interview on Saturday for an Emergency Call Taker role. Any advice?

I'm so nervous!

I have prepared answers for about 20 competency based questions and I feel really prepared in that sense, but I don't want to rely on notes. It's a video interview and I don't want to be seen rummaging through two pages of notes. Plus, I want conversation to flow naturally.

However, in situations where I have to remember specific formal words to say, I find my brain just always goes blank. I have enough answers and examples to use but just how do I train myself to not get flustered and remember to say everything I have written down?!
