$60k jobs for smart but lazy people?

Hi, I'm smart but lazy. I sort of need a task at hand to stay busy. I have problems concentrating. I don't want to go back to any form of schooling, unless it really is easy-peasy and I won't have to study much and <6mo. Trying to get enough money to eventually find a girlfriend and have children and send them to college.

It probably won't be healthy for me to work at a computer as I'll get distracted. I might be addicted.

Don't want to hurt my body with tough manual labor.

Almost 30 with no job experience, dropped out of medical school.

Any ideas? Don't really have any passions.
