I’ve been at my job about a week and my “shift supervisor” rides my ass constantly. Telling me what to do. Today I was on lunch and she came in telling me what to do. If I just ignore her and work at my own pace will she quit.
The thing is I worked at this job from 2012-2016 and because Covid and no jobs around I came back last week and she is trying to tell me her way of doing things. She over complicates everything. What should I do? Just ignore her? I don’t want any confrontation at all.
