At what age do you start to age out of the workforce?

I am asking those with personal experience, have any of you observed that there are no people in your age group working with you?

At what age did you begin to notice?

I've had Millennials tell me their Boomer parents are retired, or one parent works or one lives with them or vice versa.

I'm Generation X and I dont have children.

Every place I apply to for work, I see only Millennials and no one near my age.

The younger people are turning me down for jobs and I have more education and qualifications than them.

At what age do you start to age out of the workforce?
