Is it bad practice to take a new, preferred job after starting a job 2 weeks ago?

So I just started a new job at company 1 a couple weeks ago. A company (company 2) I interviewed with a month ago has offered me a job with them. I prefer to work with company 2 as it’s in a great location and the work environment seems amazing.

Some info about job w/company 1: it’s a contract job that is estimated to last 5-8 years and it’s strictly WFH. Saves me a bunch of money on gas, workplace attire, etc.

Now, would it be unprofessional of me to put in a two weeks notice after a couple of weeks work at company 1 to work for company 2?
