Hi everyone, I just accepted a job offer that I'm very excited about. For the past 10 months I've been selling internet and phone services to small businesses for a telecom company as an independent contractor l. Since I wasn't an official employee I'm worried when they verify my employment during the background check it will be flagged and they will think I was lying on my resume. Should I just tell them I was a contractor before they run the background check?
