Misspelled recruiters name wrong

Recently was offered an interview for a company I applied to a while back. In my confirmation email about the date and time of the interview, I mistakenly added another letter to his name and then realized I had made another spelling error in my short response.

Should I send an apology addressing the mistakes? The job is fairly detail-oriented so as you might imagine I’m quite stressed.
