I’ll keep it simple, I find this to be annoying. I don’t mind talking on the phone, but when you’re working with multiple recruiters, all of them wanting to be on the phone, it can get annoying.
They seem to get pushy if you ask them to simply email you, stating that it’s “too much to talk about”
Am I the only person that finds this annoying. Why can’t they chat via email? I simply don’t get it.
