I have lucked out and got a new job that's starting pretty soon. I just have a serious concern about starting it remote with a kid (3 years old) at home. Although, my kid will only be with me twice a week due to the whole COVID situation (we're keeping the kiddo at home away from school because of that). Should I mention this situation up front on the first week? I just worry about the background noises mostly and possible interruptions. Anyone have any advice on this, or past experiences?
