Self Marketing Help

I am decently skilled and accomplished at my profession. What I am not however, is successful. I’ve been awarded for excellence, just received the “blank of the year,” by the entirety of my peers but no matter how much I accomplish it never translates to better opportunities. It was brought up to me that I am not very good at marketing myself.

I can go into more detail but I think this is pretty self explanatory. If anyone can offer insight as to resources or people to utilize to spruce up my resume, cover letter, or if someone on here is good at that I would truly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.
