Being a May 2020 graduate, I was fortunate to land a job during the lockdowns and all. It's unrelated to what I studied and pays as much as the warehouse next door but since I had nothing else going I took the job.
I had zero onboarding, boss is a prick who blames me for his mistakes, my responsibilities are unclear, and the company is an unorganized mess with narcissistic and arrogant management. Moreover, they publicly declare covid to be a hoax and ignore all wfh/sip guidelines.
I can't stand the toxic culture here and want to leave but I worry it'll be a red flag on my resume. I also don't have any backup job although I could last with emergency savings until the end of February/March of next year.
Should I just stick it out and drain my mental health here for a little more or just quit and enter the unknown? If I quit now, how would I explain this to future employers?
