I am happy to say I have accepted a new role that will start early next year. I put in my two weeks yesterday over the phone and it went okay. My team is small so essentially they are screwed. I do not feel bad about it as they team is far too small for the number of projects and programs they handle.
I understand that it's my duty to wrap things up professionally but how much do I really need to do? I totally do not feel motivated (haven't for months) and I'm not getting much direction on what I need to do. Any advice on navigating this? Should I just take it really easy and wait for more direction?
