Hi! I was recently given an offer from another company with a large pay increase and way more career growth potential. I would have to move to another state with a HCOL, but I feel like I can't turn down the offer. I actually accepted today and I'm waiting for the official offer letter to sign. The problem is my currently employers are so great (I really feel like I have a great professional and personal relationship with them) and it's a smaller company (worried about how they will handle my workload).
We are completely remote. I could potentially go in and have a meeting with them with masks and distancing since I need to return my computer and grab some personal things at the office. How do I go about doing this? I also want a week to relax and get ready between jobs so I need to put my 2 weeks in tomorrow morning which would put me at ending December 31st and starting my new job January 11th. Another factor is that I had taken 3 vacation days for a trip I have planned the 28th, 29th, and 30th. SO STRESSFUL! I drafted an email to my bosses to send, but I'm so stressed about it I don't know when to. This is my first job out of school and I have been there almost exactly 1 year.
