Job Interview

Okay I don’t know if this is the correct subreddit for this, but I’m a 16 year old and I am looking for a job: nothing too crazy, something simple like HEB or maybe Kroger to get me started up. I’m not the best at talking and I was just curious at what the job interviews are like for starting positions like these. If anyone has tips, feel free to leave them below.
